Turn your personal narrative into sacred art at MUSE Creative Gathering: HISTORY—a journal making workshop + narrative art therapy. Learn the craft of bookmaking with a journal making workshop by artist Shelda Edwards. In your journal, complete a narrative writing art therapy exercise led by Virginia Erholtz, LMSW. Inspired by the Greek Muse of History, Clio, you will discover, honor, and preserve your story at this dual workshop + creative gathering.

A introduction to MUSE. Meet likeminded artists and creatives one-on-one. Share ideas. Plan collaborations. Mix and mingle.

Stanza
Inspired by Calliope, the Muse of Epic Poetry. Create mixed media poems in a workshop led by artist Justin Williams. Dig through a mix bag of words and prompts. Write poetry on vintage typewriters provided by Ryan Knop. Step up to the mic and perform what you created.
